Legend In The Mist is a new tabletop roleplaying game engine with which you can play in any fantasy (or other) setting.
If you're craving more creative freedom in your TTRPG and you're tired of D&D clones, this game is for you.
While the rules only amount to 25 pages (including the rich examples), the Core Book is packed with resources for Heroes and Narrators - from gear, to magic systems, monsters, an adventure, and even a comic book tutorial!
We split the Core Book into two volumes for easier handling, but it's still sold as a single book.
What makes this game different?
- It runs on tags, not stats.
You use simple, natural language words and phrases to describe your character, gear, conditions — anything.
- One roll rules them all.
There is just one roll in this game, 2d6+tags, and it cleverly produces your action's success, impact, and Consequences out of your tags.
- Characters grow through roleplay.
Like in any good story, your hero changes when they face their weaknesses or make tough decisions related to their core motivations.
